Here are some links that we think may be of interest
Waylands Forge. This is our local game shop in Birmingham and as a result is where we buy many of our games. It's primarily an FRP/Wargaming shop, which opened in 1999, but it also stocks a superb range of board and card games. As locals we haven't of course tried its mail-order service, but if it's as helpful and efficient as the in-shop service then we recommend it highly. They also sell second hand, so if you’ve got some old games taking up valuable shelf space, you may be able to sell them for credit against new stuff.
Leisure Games, based in North London. This is a long-established shop and was virtually our sole source of quality games for many years.
Spirit Games in Burton on Trent. We've known the owner Phil for several years, and again he is very helpful and this shows in their excellent mail-order service. Spirit are the organisers of the superb Beer & Pretzels convention held at Burton Town Hall, every May.
Board Game Geek. Probably the best reference point on the net for information regarding any game you can think of and lots that you can’t.
The Games Journal A monthly games magazine on the net, contains articles, reviews and a letters page.
GameTable Online Site running online versions of board and card games, such as Nuclear War. Currently testing for free until June after which $10 per month. Also includes forums on board game matters.
